Thank you for making the Topanga Access Card part of your emergency preparedness program.  The Access Card is more effective than other forms of ID because, 1) it gives access to children, elderly and disabled adults, 2) expedites entry by ZONE NUMBER when officers deem it safe to return to the canyon, 3) has vital information on the backside of the card that can aid in emergencies.  All proceeds from the cards help fund many community projects.  Learn about it here: Committees, Projects & Programs.

I.  FIRST-TIME RESIDENT APPLICANTS:
Along with your completed registration form (online or pdf downloadable form), mail or email a passport photo (2"x2"), along with a copy of your driver's license or state ID, and one of the types of address verification if your driver's license does not include your current Topanga address (utility bill, bank or mortgage statement, or lease).  Also, include a $12 payment per applicant payable to:  Topanga Town Council, PO Box 1085, Topanga, CA  90290.

Note: Please do not send a scanned copy of your actual passport, but the separate photo used to apply for a passport. This is what we're looking for: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/photos.html

1.  Each resident and their caregiver will need to submit the necessary documents and payments mentioned above (first-time applicant) and the completed forms mentioned below.
